  8. 3 Ounces Mushrooms -- sliced

  9. 1/2 Ounce Butter

  10. 1 Quart Chef-Mate Monterey Jack

  11. - and Cheddar Cheese Sauce

  12. - heated 2 Tablespoons White wine

  13. 1 teaspoon Parsley -- chopped

  14. 1. Saute garlic, onion and mushrooms in butter.

  15. 2. Combine vegetables, cheese sauce, white wine and parsley. Heat to serving

  16. temperature.

  17. Place on warm steam table for holding.
