  8. 4 cups tomato -- peeled and chopped

  9. 1 cup green chiles -- chopped

  10. 1/2 cup onion -- minced

  11. 2 tablespoons garlic -- minced

  12. 1/2 cup scallions -- chopped

  13. 1/2 cup jalapeno chile pepper -- chopped

  14. 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce

  15. 3 tablespoons white vinegar

  16. 3/4 teaspoon salt

  17. 3 ounces tomato paste

  18. Place all ingredients in heavy saucepan, bring to boil. Simmer until

  19. desired consistency. Process 10 minutes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

  20. NOTES : Makes about 3 half-pint jars.
