  2. Title: Peanut Butter/bran Muffins

  5. 1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour

  6. 1 Egg

  7. 1/3 c Bran

  8. 1/4 c Peanut Butter

  9. 2 ts Baking Powder

  10. 1/2 c Lowfat Milk

  11. 1 tb Sugar

  12. 1/3 c Peanuts, chopped

  13. Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the

  14. remaining ingredients and blend.

  15. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.

  16. 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
