  1. 1 Italian bread shell (12 in.)

  2. 1/3 cup mayonnaise or vegannaise

  3. 4 plum tomatoes sliced

  4. 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

  5. 8 slices Veggie bacon , cut into quarters, cooked

  6. 1 cup torn romaine lettuce

  1. Spread bread shell with mayo or vegannaise.

  2. Layer with tomatoes, cheese and veggie bacon.

  3. BAKE at 450 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with lettuce and cut into wedges.
