  1. 6 Eggs - hard cooked

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Salsa

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Mayonnaise

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion - minced

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Fresh cilantro - finely chop.

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper - freshly ground

  1. Remove yolks from eggs, reserving whites. Mash yolks in small bowl.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill whites with yolk mixture.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
