  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground woodchuck meat

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground pork

  3. 1 Egg - lightly beaten

  4. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Dry bread crumbs

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced onion

  1. Mix meats completely; add egg, milk, crumbs, seasoning, and onion. Mix well and put into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let set for 5 minutes before slicing.

  2. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
