  1. 8 oz. milk chocolate

  2. 3/4 cup cream

  3. 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder

  4. 1 tablespoon tia maria, optional

  5. fresh fruit, angelfood cake for dipping

  1. Grate chocolate and mix with coffee powder. Put cream in fondue pot, add chocolate/coffee mixture and blend. Heat gently, stirring until smooth and melted. Add tia maria, if desired, and blend.

  2. Serve with fresh fruit, cake and biscuits (see introduction).
