  3. 1 Onion - chopped up

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Balsamic vinegar

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Rosemary

  1. Put all ingredients in dish just big enough to hold the meat. Add a dry red wine until meat is 3/4 covered. Turn often.
