  1. 1 pkg skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  2. 2-4 T butter

  3. 6-8 servings rice

  4. 3-4 egg s

  1. Cut up chicken into bite-sized pieces and cook in 1-2 T butter in skillet--soft or crispy chicken, it doesn’t matter.

  2. Cook rice in large pot. Keep heat on medium. Make a well in the rice at the bottom of the pan. Drop 1-2 T butter in the well and let it begin to melt.

  3. Crack open eggs and stir-cook them in the well. Once the eggs have cooked, stir them into the rice.

  4. Add the cooked chicken to the rice and egg mixture. Keep stirring and cooking until the chicken and rice looks delicious!

  5. Add a can of cream of chicken soup for a change.
