  1. 3/4 c Flour

  2. 3 tb Peach juice

  3. 1/2 c Sugar

  4. 1 pk Cream cheese (8 oz.)

  5. 1 cn Peaches (20 oz.)

  6. 1 Egg

  7. 1/2 c Milk

  8. 3 tb Butter

  9. 1/2 ts Salt

  10. 1 pk Vanilla pudding mix (3 oz.)

  11. 1 ts Baking powder

  12. 1 tb Sugar

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding, salt, butter, milk and egg in a bowl; beat 2 minutes.

  2. Pour into greased pie plate.

  3. Drain the peaches, saving the juice.

  4. MIx together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and the peach juice.

  5. Spread the peaches in pie plate.

  6. Spread cream cheese mixture over peaches within 1 inch of edge.

  7. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

  8. Sprinkle over pie top.

  9. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
