  1. 1/2 cup peanut butter

  2. 1 cup sugar

  3. 1 egg

  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  5. 3 (1-3/4 ounces each ) Clark candy bar

  1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter and sugar; beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in candy bars. Roll into 1-in. balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 325° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool. Yield: about 2 dozen.
