  2. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Carrots - thinly sliced

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Nonfat yogurt

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Italian salad dressing, low calorie

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - minced

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Celery seed

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Honey

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml White pepper

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Italian parsley - minced

  1. Blend or process all ingredients except cabbage and carrots.

  2. Toss with cabbage and carrots.
