  1. 1 lb ground beef

  2. 1 lb spicy italian sausage

  3. 1 egg

  4. 1/4 cup cream

  5. 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

  6. 4 baby Bellas diced

  7. 1 red bell pepper diced

  8. 1 large stick of celery chopped up pretty fine

  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

  11. 1 teaspoon fresh oregano

  12. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

  13. 2 garlic cloves minced

  14. 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

  15. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese or romano cheese Garnish with favorite red sauce, or Maranara sauce topped with a pinch of fresh parsley I also like to add some gratted mozzarella cheese on top as well

  1. How to make it Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand. Use your bare hands for best results. Roll meatballs to about the size a little bigger than a golf ball. Drop raw meatballs into large castIron skillet with a drizze of Olive oil to alow not to stick. Cook on med high heat until browned on all sides. Into the sauce the go for a simmer of two - three hrs. If you want to keep the meatballs in the cast iron, cook on med until meat is browned throughout . It's a little faster but dosn't quite have that slow cooked texture or sauce marinade.flavor.. Serve on Italian bread for a meatball sandwich or atop your favorite pastas.
