  4. 2 can(s) tomatoe sauce lg

  5. 2 can(s) tomatoe paste

  6. 4 piece(s) garlic cloves , chopped

  7. 1 lg onion , chopped

  8. 2 tablespoon(s) basil , fresh is the best/chopped

  9. 2 tablespoon(s) oregano , chopped

  10. 2 teaspoon(s) thyme , chopped

  11. 2 tablespoon(s) Crisco , heat

  12. 1/4 cup(s) flour

  13. 2 tablespoon(s) salt , use to season meats

  14. 2 teaspoon(s) pepper , use to season meats

  15. 2 cup(s) water

  1. Heat Crisco in lg cast iron skillet and while heating season and flour meats, then brown in Crisco. After browning set aside and let cool so that the chops can be cut off the bone and cut up. While meat is cooling empty sauce and paste into lg pot and add two cups of water,and place on med heat while heating cut chops up and add to sauce then add all spices,onions,and garlic, continue to cook on medium heat until bubbling then reduce the heat to low and allow to cook until meats are tender.
