  1. 2 pints vanilla ice cream, (softened) 1-quart commercial dairy eggnog

  2. 1/2 to 3/4 cups bourbon .

  1. Just before serving, spoon-heaping tablespoons full of the ice cream into the punch bowl, pour over eggnog and add bourbon. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and nutmeg. Lynn Byers McClellan
