  6. 4 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped

  13. 1 tb Prepared mustard

  14. 1 tb Vinegar

  15. Dressing

  16. 1 1/2 c Mayonnaise or salad

  17. 1 ts Dried dill weed

  1. Prepare and cook potatoes; cool slightly.

  2. Cut into cubes (about 6 cups).

  3. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in large glass or plastic bowl.

  4. Add potatoes, celery and onion; toss.

  5. Stir in eggs, herring, beets and dill weed.

  6. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

  7. SERVINGS (ABOUT 3/4 CUP EACH); 400 CALORIES PER SERVING.
