  2. 29 oz canned fat free low sodium chicken stock

  3. 14 1/2 oz diced stewed tomatoes

  4. 1 medium bell pepper diced

  5. 1 medium sweet vidalia onion diced

  6. 3 scallions diced (greens and whites)

  7. 2 ripe plum tomatoes diced

  8. 1 1/3 cup uncooked rice

  9. 2-4 chicken breasts cubed

  10. 1 Tbsp minced garlic

  11. 2 small canned serrano peppers minced

  12. 1 tsp ground turmeric

  13. 1 Tbsp paprika

  14. 1 tsp dried parsley

  15. salt and pepper to taste

  16. 6 hours or high for 3 hours
