  1. pork - I used a couple pounds pork sirloin boneless chops - any pork will do

  2. salsa of your choice - I used Herdez 5 Chile salsa (about half a jar)

  3. 1 cup chopped onion

  4. 1 Tbls lime juice

  5. THAT'S IT!!!

  1. Place chopped onion in crockpot

  2. Add pork

  3. Pour salsa and lime juice over

  4. Set on high for a little while till hot then switch to low for up to 8 hrs (doesn't take that long)
