  1. 6 each sirloin steaks

  2. 4 teaspoons whole peppercorns

  3. 1/2 cup bottled steak sauce

  4. 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard

  5. 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  1. Preparation : Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin. Mix Steak sauce, mustard, brown sugar and salt. Marinate overnight or until ready to cook. Grill as usual, using the marinade as a baste. Very good pepper steaks!!
