  1. 4 Boneless and skinless - chicken breast halve

  2. 1 Egg - slightly beaten

  3. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Seasoned bread crumbs

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter or margarine

  5. 1 3/4 cups 414ml Spaghetti sauce

  6. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Shredded mozzarella cheese

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated parmesan cheese

  8. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped fresh parsley

  1. Using palm of hand flatten chicken to even thickness. Dip chicken into egg then into crumbs to coat. In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, brown chicken on both sides. Add sauce. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
