  1. 1 Egg; whole

  2. 2 tb Wine vinegar

  3. 1/2 ts Salt

  4. 1/2 ts Dry mustard

  5. 3/4 c Vegetable oil

  6. Pepper to taste

  1. Place egg, wine vingegar, salt, mustard in machine at low speed and add 1 T.

  2. Whiz and then add remainder of oil in a slow stream till thick.

  3. * Oils preferred: peanut, safflower, soy.
