  1. 1 Sesame-seed hamburger bun

  2. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Ground beef

  3. 1 Salt

  4. 2 Onion rings

  5. 3 Sliced dill pickles

  6. 1 Tomato slice (large)

  7. 1 Leaf lettuce

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Low-calorie mayonnaise

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Catsup

  1. Preheat a griddle or frying pan to medium temperature.

  2. Toast both halves of the hamburger bun, face down. Set aside.

  3. Form the ground beef into a patty slightly larger than the bun. Salt it lightly.

  4. Cook the patty 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

  5. Build the burger in the following stacking order from the bottom up: bottom bun beef patty onion rings pickles tomato slice lettuce leaf mayonnaise catsup top bun Makes 1 hamburger.
