  1. 3 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree

  2. 1 cup butter

  3. 2 large eggs

  4. 2 1/2 cups cake flour

  5. 2 tablespoons baking powder

  6. 1/4 cup molasses

  7. 1 teaspoon ground cloves

  8. 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg

  9. 2 cups chopped walnuts

  10. 2 cups honey

  11. 1 cup heavy cream

  12. 4 tablespoons vanilla extract

  1. In a large bowl combine pumpkin, butter, and eggs until mixed. Stir in cake flour, baking powder, molasses, cloves, nutmeg, chopped walnuts, honey, cream, and vanilla; stir until just combined. Pour into two greased muffin tins, about half full. Bake in 350°F (175°C) oven for 30 minutes, or until the tops brown. Remove from oven. Let cool on wire racks.
