  1. 4 loin chops -- cut 3/4" thick salt & pepper -- to taste

  2. 1 Cup pineapple chunks -- drain,reserve liquid

  3. 3/4 Cup Pineapple Syrup (Reserved)

  4. 1/4 Cup honey

  5. 2 Tablespoons wine vinegar

  6. 1 Tablespoon soy sauce

  7. 1/2 Teaspoon powdered ginger

  8. 2 green onions -- sliced

  9. 1 Green Pepper -- cut in thin strips

  1. Preparation : Trim excess fat from chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in large skillet Arrange chops in bottom of crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients except green onions and pepper strips; pour over chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Halfway through cooking add green onions and peppers. Thicken juices with 1 ml cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water, if desired.
