  1. 1 package white chocolate chips

  2. 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

  3. 1 cup mini marshmallows

  4. 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal

  5. 1 cup cocktail or spanish peanuts (no skins)

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, using 30 second intervals, heat the white chocolate chips for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until completely melted and creamy when stirred. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Add marshmallows, Rice Krispies, and peanuts; mix until completely coated. Spoon about 1/2 cup servings onto wax paper. Cool completely until chocolate is hardened. Yield: serves 6 Notes: Heat white chocolate chips using 30 second intervals to prevent burning the chocolate.
