  1. 500 g beef knob chorizo,knob pepperoni,

  2. 2 rashers bacon,

  3. 1 onion, finely

  4. 3 cloves garlic, finely

  5. 3 tablespoons olive

  6. 3 cups small spiral Salt, to

  7. 1 teaspoon dried 1 teaspoon dried teaspoon ground chilli

  8. 1 tablespoon dried 1 x 400 mL can diced 3 tablespoons thickened

  9. 1 carrot,

  10. 1 1/2 cups beef

  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic and onions.

  2. Add bacon, chorizo and pepperoni to crisp up a little.

  3. Add the dry herbs and combine.

  4. Add mince and start to brown.

  5. When mince is almost all brown, add grated carrot, tomatoes and stock.

  6. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.

  7. Meanwhile, cook pasta, then drain and cool.

  8. Add cream to mince and continue to simmer.

  9. Add pasta and stir through.
