  1. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  2. 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

  3. 4 cups fresh broccoli florets

  4. 2 tablespoons water

  5. 1/2 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  7. 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook onion in butter 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add broccoli and water. Cover; cook 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisp-tender and water has evaporated.

  3. Sprinkle with peppered seasoned salt and Italian seasoning; toss to mix. Sprinkle with cheese.
