  1. 4 Loin pork chops

  2. 1 Onion - sliced into rings

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter

  4. Salt - to taste

  5. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Stand chops in crockpot, thin-side down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with the onions. Place butter on top. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. The chops should be moist and tender with a deep brown color.
