  2. 1 Brownie mix - (21 1/2 oz)

  3. 6 oz 170g Chocolate chips

  4. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Pecans - chopped

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Oil

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Coffee flavored liqueur

  8. 1 Egg Topping

  9. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Whipping cream

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Powdered sugar

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chocolate flavored syrup

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Coffee flavored liqueur Chocolate churls

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 375. Put the pie crust in an 9 or 10" Springform pan; pressing it on the bottom and up the sides. Prick generously with a fork. In a large bowl combine the filling ingredients. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Pour into crust-lined pan and bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set and edges of crust are golden brown. Cool 1 hour. Remove sides of pan. Cool completely. In large bowl, beat topping ingredients until stiff peaks form. Spoon or pipe topping over filling. Garnish with chocolate curls. Store in refrigerator.
