  1. 1 lb chicken livers

  2. 1 can Campbell's chicken broth flour poultry seasoning salt pepper paprika (for color) oil Fine Herbs Spice Island Brand

  1. Combine flour, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika in a zip lock bag. Shake livers in flour mixture to coat. Brown livers quickly in oil to set the flour. Place livers in casserole. Blend oil from skillet with the remaining flour mixture and brown the flour. Pour in the chicken broth and add a little water to reach a gravy consistency. Sprinkle Fine Herbs over the gravy and stir. Pour gravy over the livers and cook in oven for ½ hour at 350.
