  11. 3/4c SPICY TOMATO JUICE

  1. + TRIM ANY FAT FROM MEAT.

  2. CUT MEAT IN 1/2" CUBES.

  3. HEAT A NON STICK SAUCEPAN OR PAN SPRAYED WITH COOKING OIL OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT.

  4. BROWN MEAT QUICKLY A STIR IN UNDRAINED TOMATOES,CELERY,ONIONS LENTILS,WATER,TOMATOJUICE,CHILI POWDER,SUGAR,GARLIC,AND CUMIN.

  5. BRING MIXTURE TO A BOIL;REDUCE HEAT.

  6. COVER AN SIMMER FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR OR UNTIL LENTILS ARE TENDER.
