  2. 1 1/8 cups eveporated milk

  3. 3 cups creamed corn

  4. 3 tblsp. Butter

  5. 3 tblsp. Brown sugar

  6. 3 tblsp. corn starch mixed in

  7. 3 tblsp water

  8. 3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

  9. 3/8 tsp. salt

  10. 3/8 tsp. pepper

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Butter a 2-quart baking dish. Beat eggs and milk in a large bowl; stir in remaining ingredients and pour mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake 45 minutes, or until slightly browned and a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
