  1. 3 cups cooked rice

  2. 1 10-ounce jar oysters, drained and cut into thirds

  3. 1 8-3/4-ounce can whole-kernel corn, drained

  4. 1/2 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips

  5. 1/2 cup half and half 1/2 cup milk

  6. 2 eggs, beaten

  7. 1 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper

  9. 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

  10. 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  11. 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

  1. Directions Combine rice, oysters, corn and green pepper in large mixing bowl. Blend half and half, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, mustard and pepper sauce; stir into rice mixture. Turn into greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese. Allow to stand 5 minutes.
