    1. Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie

    2. 3 cups flour

    3. 1 cup sugar

    4. 2 Tsp. baking powder

    5. 1/4 Tsp. baking soda

    6. 3/4 Tsp. salt

    7. 2/3 cup shortening

    8. 2 eggs

    9. 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 or 3 bananas)

    10. 1 Tsp. vanilla

    11. 1 2oz bag chocolate chips

    12. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl add Shortening mix well, add

    13. eggs, bananas, vanilla and beat thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips

    14. 375 for 10 min.
