  2. 2 cups (8 ounces) crab meat*

  3. 1 cup cubed avocado

  4. 1 cup sliced celery

  5. 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives

  6. 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  7. 1/4 cup sour cream

  8. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  9. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

  10. Lettuce leaves

  11. *Surimi Seafood, crab flavored, flake or chunk style may be substituted.

  1. Directions Mix rice, crab meat, avocado, celery and olives in large mixing bowl.

  2. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and garlic salt.

  3. Add to rice mixture; toss lightly.

  4. Serve on lettuce leaves.
