  2. 1 1/2 pounds lean boneless pork shoulder

  3. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  4. 1 can tomatoes -- (16 oz.)

  5. 6 tablespoons soy sauce

  6. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  7. 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  9. 1 1/4 cups water -- (divided)

  10. 1 cup sliced green pepper

  11. 1 cup chopped onion

  12. 1/2 cup diced celery

  1. Cut meat across the grain into 1/2-inch slices, then slice again lengthwise.

  2. Brown pork in non-stick skillet over low heat; add garlic, tomato, soy andWorcestershire sauces, pepper and 1 cup water. Cover and simmer mixtureabout 45 minutes. Add green pepper, onion and celery. Cover and simmer 10minutes longer. Combine cornstarch with 1/4 cup water. Add to skilletmixture, stirring until mixture thickens.
