  1. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  2. 2 Tbs. horseradish

  3. 1 Tbs. dijon mustard

  4. 1 loaf unsliced round bread

  5. 2 Tbs. butter , softened

  6. 1/3 lb. thinly sliced deli ham

  7. 1/3 lb. sliced monterey jack or muenster cheese

  8. 1/3 lb. thinly sliced deli turkey

  9. 1/3 lb. sliced cheddar or colby cheese

  10. 1/3 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef

  11. 1 medium tomato

  12. 1 large dill pickle, sliced lengthwise

  13. 1 small red onion , thinly sliced

  14. lettuce leaves

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, horseradish and mustard. Cut bread in half. Carefully hollow out bottom and top of loaf, leaving a ¾ inch shell (discard removed bread). Spread butter on cut sides of bread. In the shell, layer ham, a third of the mayonnaise mixture, monterey jack cheese, turkey, a third of the mayo mixture, cheddar cheese, roast beef, remaining mayo mixture, tomato, pickle, onion and lettuce. Replace top. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour. Cut into quarters.
