  3. 1 pound uncooked linguini noodles

  4. 1/2 cup CARAPELLI® mild olive oil

  5. Zest from 1 large lemon

  6. Juice from 2 large lemons

  7. 1/2 cup chopped green onion

  8. 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley

  9. Salt and fresh ground black pepper

  10. Parmesan cheese, to taste

  11. Cook linguini in boiling salted water until al dente; drain well.

  12. Meanwhile, in bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, green onion and parsley. Add pasta; toss well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss in Parmesan cheese to taste.

  13. Serve warm or chilled.
