  1. INGRDIENTS:

  2. 1 egg yolk only

  3. 1 c. sour cream

  4. 1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar

  5. 1/4 tsp. vanilla

  6. 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  7. 3 or 4 peaches, peeled and sliced

  8. 1 nine inch pie crust

  9. DIRECTIONS:

  10. 1 crust pastry recipe or use

  11. 1 regular frozen pastry crust. Set aside. Combine all ingredients except peaches. Slice peeled peaches into unbaked pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top. Bake in preheated

  12. 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to

  13. 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes more. The pie will set as it cools. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
