  1. 4 slices pkg -precooked bacon

  2. 2 biscuits-- ( grands) - frozen extra large easy split bisciuts ( bag 31.8 ounces ) or frozen southern style biscuits

  3. 1 can chopped green chiles

  4. 1/2 cup sharp- cheddar cheese

  5. 2 eggs

  6. salt and pepper to taste

  9. 1 small tomato , finely chopped

  10. 1 tablesppon cilantro chopped

  11. 1 tablespoon chopped red onion

  12. 1 tablespoon lime juice

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. spray 2 ( 10 ounce) custard cups or souffle dishes with cooking spray.heat bacon in microwave on high for 15 seconds or until warm and pliable.line inner side of custard dish ( NOT BOTTOM) with 2 bacon slices over lapping as necessary.

  2. gently place frozen bisciut in each cup to fit inside bacon collar,spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of green chiles onto each bisciut.

  3. place remaining green chiles in a small bowl and set aside;sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese over chiles on each bisciut,carefully crack 1 egg over cheese on each, sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons remaining cheese to cover, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. place custard cups on cookie sheet; bake 25 to 35 minutes or until biscuits are baked and egg whites are set.

  5. cool in cups for 5 minutes.

  6. carefully remove bacon wrapped bisciuts from cups, place on dish and serve with salsa or use this recipe for green chile salsa...
