  3. 3/4 cup of cold, boiled potatoes

  4. 1/4 green or red pepper (in cubes)

  5. 2 tablespoons of butter

  6. 1/2 cup of broth

  7. 1 cup of cooked meat (in cubes)

  8. 1/4 cup of tomato puree

  2. Chop the onion and pepper very fine.

  3. Melt the butter in a hot frying pan (agate preferred) and in it cook the onion and pepper until they are softened; then add the meat and potato, both cut in tiny cubes; mix thoroughly, then add the broth and puree; mix again and set into the oven until hot throughout.
