  2. 3 tablespoons apricot preserves

  3. 1 tablespoon peach brandy

  4. 3/4 cup half and half 6 slices French bread cut 1/2" thick butter for frying

  5. 4 fresh apricots peeled and sliced powdered sugar , toasted almonds and mint sprigs for garnish Apricot Butter:

  6. 1/3 cup apricot preserves

  7. 4 tablespoons butter softened

  1. How to make it In small bowl beat eggs, preserves and brandy then beat in half and half. Place bread slices in baking dish and pour egg mixture over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight then melt butter in large skillet. Cook bread slices over medium heat until browned turning once. Beat preserves and butter until light and fluffy then put on bread slices. Sprinkle with powdered sugar then garnish with apricot slices, toasted almonds and mint sprig.
