  6. 1 1/2 lb Yuca; cassava or tapioca

  7. 1/2 ts baking soda

  8. 2 md eggs

  9. 1 tb flour

  10. 1 ds Oil

  11. 1 pn salt

  12. clear honey

  13. Cook the peeled yucca with a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

  14. Remove when it is cooked to the center. Mash and mix with the eggs and flour.

  15. Make into patties and fry in hot oil. Brown on both sides.

  16. Eat with honey. It is very delicious. --
