  1. 1 cup quick cooking hominy grits

  2. 2 1/2 cups milk

  3. 2 1/2 cups water

  4. 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

  5. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  6. 1/4 cup snipped parsley

  7. 3 slightly beaten egg yolks

  8. 3 egg whites

  9. 1 1 pound can corned beef hash, heated

  1. Directions Cook hominy grits, milk, water, salt, and butter about 5 minutes or till thick, stirring frequently.

  2. Cool 10 minutes and stir in parsley and egg yolks.

  3. Add dash salt to egg whites, beat till stiff; fold into grits mixture.

  4. Pour into buttered 6 1/2 cup ring mold.

  5. Place in shallow pan; pour in hot water to depth of 1 inch.

  6. Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours or till knife inserted comes out clean.

  7. Unmold; fill center with hot corned beef hash.
