  1. 1 cup rolled oats

  2. cup apple and mango juice

  3. 2 granny smith apples, peeled and grated

  4. 2 x 200g tubs Australian low fat vanilla yogurt

  5. teaspoon cinnamon

  6. cup hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

  7. 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  8. nectarine slices, to serve

  1. Combine oats, juice and grated apple. Cover and leave to soak for 1 hour or overnight.

  2. Stir through yogurt, cinnamon and hazelnuts. Spoon into serving bowls.

  3. Garnish with blueberries and nectarines. Serve.
