  1. - 1 sm. red onion

  2. 1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli, frozen

  3. 1/2 lb. lean ham

  4. 3 med. red potatoes

  5. 1/3 c. flour

  6. 1 c. milk

  7. 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

  8. 1/2 tsp. salt

  9. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  10. 1 tbsp. butter

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a shallow 1 quart baking dish.

  2. Chop onion. Cut ham into cubes.

  3. Slice potatoes (leave skin on).

  4. In large bowl, combine potatoes, onion, broccoli, ham and flour. Toss to coat ingredients. Spread in baking dish.

  5. Beat milk, mustard and salt together. Pour over mixture in dish. Dot with butter.

  6. Cover dish with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 45 minutes longer. Serves 6.
