  1. 1 c. slivered almonds

  2. 1/2 c. cracker crumbs

  3. 3 c. cooked chicken breast (shredded, chopped, etc.)

  4. 1/4 c. pimentos

  5. 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise

  6. 1 c. shredded colby cheese

  7. 3 tsp. lemon juice

  8. 2 Tbsp. chopped onion

  9. 1/2 tsp. salt

  10. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Combine ½ c. almonds and all cracker crumbs and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into a greased 8x12 inch pan. Top with almonds and cracker crumbs mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve with crackers or over lettuce.
