  1. 1/2 Kg Chicken (medium chops)

  2. 3 Onions chopped finely

  3. 3 Tomatoes

  4. 1 cup Curd

  5. 3 tbsp Cashewnuts

  6. 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

  7. 2 tbsp Coriander Powder

  8. 1 tbsp Chilly Powder

  9. 1 tsp Garam Masala

  10. Salt as per taste

  11. Oil

  1. Heat oil and fry the onions till light brown add ginger garlic paste, chicken chops and saute.

  2. Liquidise the tomatoes, curds, cashews and all the dry masalas in a mixer to a fine paste add this paste and saute it till it completely dries and the oil floats on the top.

  3. Add salt. Add 1/2 cup warm water and let it cook till done.

  4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
