  2. 1/2 c. white vinegar

  3. 1/4 tsp. celery seed

  4. 1/2 tsp. mustard seed

  5. 1/4 tsp. turmeric

  6. 1 medium onion sliced

  7. 4 c. cucumbers peeled & sliced

  8. 1 tsp. salt

  1. Mix all ingredients in a microwave-proof bowl. Cook 8 minutes of high, stirring every 2 minutes. Refrigerate and enjoy! Yield: serves 6 Notes: Great for summer cookouts and throught the year with any type of meal. Cucumbers are alway availabe in your local grocery store so enjoy!
