  1. 4 tablespoons 60ml Butter

  2. 8 oz 227g Mushrooms - sliced

  3. 1 oz 28g Red bell pepper - diced (medium)

  4. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground turkey

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Seasoning salt

  7. 26 oz 738g Spaghetti sauce - - (1 jar)

  8. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Spinach linguine

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms, peppers, and onion. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Set aside in a bowl.

  2. Brown the turkey in the skillet, sprinkling the turkey with the garlic powder and seasoning salt. Add the vegetables and spaghetti sauce. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

  3. Cook the linguine according to the package directions. Drain and mix with the sauce. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
